What do you like best about Acumatica?

All the information I need is at my fingertips, and so many areas are integrated. I work in this sytem daily and almost exclusively. When I have a support ticket, I usually receive a solid answer very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

By the some token, some modules do not connect to each other. Sometimes also the information only flows in one direction. It would be nice if data entry also flowed backwards. Implementation was rocky due to so many our legacy processes were forced into acumatica instead of us adapting our processes to Acumatica, but that is changing. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retainage billing simplification is a big one, also more robust side panels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
