What do you like best about Acumatica?

AI Assistant (Preview) uses natural language AI to help users analyze ERP data. AI Studio lets customers and partners build AI-powered workflows while still maintaining governance and the right business context. The Modern User Experience delivers a cleaner, faster interface with improved navigation. Construction Enhancements include improved project forecasting, automated revenue recognition calculations, and better visibility into project risk for contractors. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Generic Inquiries (GIs) are powerful but have a steep learning curve. Simpler drag-and-drop reporting for business users would be welcome.

Low-code workflows have improved significantly, but some complex approval processes still require customization.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acumatica helps organizations replace disconnected systems, manual processes, and limited accounting software with a single, integrated cloud ERP platform. Many of the companies I work with have outgrown QuickBooks or multiple point solutions for accounting, CRM, inventory, payroll, and project management. Acumatica gives them one source of truth across finance, operations, sales, inventory, purchasing, and field teams.

The biggest benefits I've seen are improved visibility into real-time business performance, streamlined workflows, and better decision-making. Teams spend less time reconciling spreadsheets and duplicate data and more time focusing on customers and growth. Construction companies gain better project cost visibility and profitability, distributors improve inventory accuracy and fulfillment, and professional service organizations benefit from stronger project accounting and resource management.

As a consultant, Acumatica enables me to deliver solutions that are highly configurable without excessive custom development. Its open architecture, modern APIs, and industry-specific editions allow us to tailor the system to each client's needs while maintaining an upgrade-friendly solution.
