What do you like best about Acumatica?

Ease of access from desktop or mobile app, physical inventory count module is great, Approval workflows are excellent, customizable views and filters for each user, auto allocation of LOTs, pre-allocating inbound POs to SOs via PO linking is excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Shipping Charge Rules are limited, Business Events don't consistently execute on time, Permissions are highly complicated, CRM is clunky. These don't outweigh the system's pros, but it's best to let your reseller handle permission setups and business events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compared to previous systems, we can process a large volume of orders with fewer people due to automated processes. We also have a lot of controls in place, whether it's workflow approvals or automated email notifications, to catch common issues that may arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
