What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?

I use Acuity Scheduling for scheduling health coaching appointments, and I find it very customizable and user-friendly for both my team and clients. The ability to customize our schedules, adjust appointment times, and send automated emails to clients is great because it allows a more automated process with communication between clients and requires less manual upkeep to manage appointments. We have many team members who use the platform, making it easier for everyone to manage their availability and appointments effectively. Although the initial setup was time-consuming, it was very intuitive. I like most everything about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?

I like most everything about it. It would be nice if there was an automatic calendar invite sent to both the provider and the participant with the appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
