What do you like best about Activity Management System BTL?

In our company, we currently use software processes to create and manage the design of our internal projects. Because through it we are getting better performance in these managements. Since our company acquired project management software, we have been able to reduce more than 50% of the time it took us to design this type of procedure. What do you dislike about Activity Management System BTL?

I have no significant downside to talk about this software. Since we acquired this product, our company has only been gaining in productivity. But I believe a single negative point could be improved, which is your technical support to the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
