"Great functions, ease of use"

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I've been using ActiveCampaign for 9 years, and it serves all of my main business goals and needs. It integrates with my shopping cart and membership plugin perfectly. I'm able to use targeted email strategies and integrate my gmail communications with my clients. It is \*almost\* perfect. Customer support has been responsive and helpful. I use it everyday and am mostly happy with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

As a long time customer, there of course have been some bumps. There was a significant price increase (more than 40%) that was alarming and conerning. After six years, I just got an email saying the price is now 40% higher. It isn't how I treat my long-time customers, but I undsertand costs have gone up. I will absoultely consider shopping around if another price increase like that occurs, though. Also...you can't search the content of past email campaigns - only subjects. That's less than ideal as someone who's been sending daily emails for 8 years with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
