What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I like the ability to track contacts, be able to send out newsletters, and also to create automations that really help with managing a customer journey, sales, and communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

I have found that downgrading or upgrading our account and subscription always feels a challenge as you have to speak with someone. At times I just want to get something sorted - I struggled when it was the 4th July and that weekend no one was working. I appreciate it's a national holiday but we continue to operate for the need of clients around their needs not ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are not really organised enough or able to manage the sheer number of people that are part of our community, interacting with our content, and keeping track of all these campaigns, elements, and more. This system solves this for us as we move more towards professionalising our business as it grows. We have also allowed our marketing supporting people to gain access to the system to create campaigns, sort email templates and other activities that has been super helpful.
