**What do you like best about Actito?**

With Actito, we have realized a longer customer lifetime thanks to the amazing customer engagement features. Using the tool, it is always easy to customize/personalize marketing campaigns to suit our customer needs.
I like that Actito makes it easy for our marketers to create relevant, timely and awesome interactions across the important touchpoints.
I like that Actito ensures we get unified customer view whereby the tool consolidates all customer information both online and offline to understand their behavior and preference.
The tool also handles marketing automation and orchestration really well and thanks to the detail reports and easy to understand insights, we always make right decisions.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

Actito handles really well, all features works, and no issues in using or understanding the tool.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Actito to personalize marketing to ensures that we realizes better conversion. The tool makes it easy to analyze customer behavior, trends and preferences and we're able to tailor make content that suits those needs. With Actito, we have realized increased revenue thanks to effective marketing strategies.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

I use Actito for Marketing Automation and Scenarios. I really like its user-friendly and intuitive interface, which makes things a lot easier. The excellent customer support stands out for me, and I'm quite pleased with the data security it offers. The 'no-code' approach is fantastic because it allows me to design, create, and manage marketing campaigns without needing advanced technical expertise. I also appreciate the efficiency and speed improvements thanks to features like the no-code interface and the drag-and-drop builder. Switching from Klaviyo, I found Actito to be more efficient and flexible, which was a significant upgrade for our team. The initial setup was quick and efficient, much to my satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

Personally, one is the segmentation depth can be cumbersome and could benefit from a more streamlined interface and two is the integration speed because it takes time to implement.

Actito efficiently handles complex compliance, data protection, and user content management. It's user-friendly, boasting an intuitive interface and excellent customer support. Actito is a marketing platform that is easy to use, whether or not you choose to interface it with your information systems. It stands out for its ease of use in creating email campaigns, whether they are scripted or one-off, as well as SMS campaigns or lead collection forms. The teams are particularly committed to the success of our projects and remain available whenever we have a question.

The platform is currently undergoing significant changes, which sometimes makes navigation complex, especially when it comes to distinguishing between the old version and the new one.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actito offers us the possibility to centralize consents as well as the behaviors of our clients regarding their use of digital communication channels. This allows us greater responsiveness and a better alignment of our communications with our clients' usage.

The Actito interface is intuitive and constantly evolving, with regular updates, new features, and continuous improvements that make the experience increasingly smooth and efficient.

The real advantage is the team: from the sales representative to our account manager, including the developers and marketing specialists, everyone is extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. They are true partners, much more than just a service provider.

Nothing in particular. To date, Actito perfectly fulfills its role.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actito allows us to be autonomous in managing our marketing campaigns and to intensify them easily. The inability to send a test of an ongoing scenario. Lack of bilingual reporting on clicks.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

The tool allows for the development of very refined scenarios and targeting quite quickly. Additionally, the creative tool allows for personalization in emails. Finally, with more advanced use, it allows for reaching out to clients through multiple channels (email / SMS etc.) and sending different versions of messages to test them. The customer support is quite responsive.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

The performance indicator feedback is limited. The template tool could include new formats (while adhering to good deliverability practices). The basic connection is only conditioned by a common primary key, and this has its limits, especially for developing communications on a global event calendar. The feedback from Actito support has improved, but a hotline is missing in case of a real issue. In the end, very technical, but a deleted scenario disappears forever.

It helps us to develop our support for the multi-brand customer journey, commercial follow-up, and possibly a bit of listening related to Qualifio.

The ergonomics of the tool that allows any user to quickly get a handle on an email campaign, a trigger, etc... The customer support and the CSMs who are available and responsive. The quick setup of the tool (creation of databases, interfacing, etc...). The quality of the deliverability team.

The issue is when you want to interface with providers who are not on their list of partners.
