What do you dislike about Actionstep?

Search facilities are lacking especially around saved emails. The integration with Outlook and Word require enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Actionstep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being a SAAS application, it is enabling us to move away from legacy infrastructure and adopt a modern way of working for our staff members. The ongoing support and enhancements to the application are a welcome change to other practice management systems. One of the biggest challenges it solving is the development of workflow for our matters while having affective development tools to support the growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
