"Actionstep: Seamless Integration and Ongoing Feature Improvements"

What do you like best about Actionstep?

I liked that, from the start, Actionstep integrated with our other software and strengthened our existing processes rather than forcing us to reinvent them. Over time, I’ve also appreciated how Actionstep keeps improving and rolling out new features and add-ons that help our business run more smoothly and support the way we operate, including helping us generate more revenue. What do you dislike about Actionstep?

The only downside I see with Actionstep is that upgrades are driven by popular demand. There was a small feature that we wanted to utilize when we first onboarded and since it is not valued by other clients, it did not become a priority for Actionstep. In fairness, a work-around that did not make sense for our business was suggested by Actionstep, but we opted to use a separate piece of software that completed the exact function that we wanted to accomplish. What problems is Actionstep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Actionstep is able to easily organize all of our client and case information into one area. One of our biggest concerns was calendaring and finding a way to centralize the ability for others in our organization to view and modify calendars. The integration of Outlook calendars directly into Actionstep was a game changed for our business.

Additionally, since Actionstep consistently upgrades their technology and adapts to the latest trends, such as Ai, they have come out with add-ons like Trace. Trace is a program that tracks work on a workstation level and then suggests time entries based on length of time programs were used as well as information based on the context of what was being worked on. While we are in the infancy stages of utilizing this new add-on, it appears that we should be able to reduce missed time entries and thus increase our overall revenue.
