What do you dislike about Action Plans?

Once created the tasks are not linked together, so you can't slip one task and others slip too. Can be a good thing, but just need to understand what it the package does and does not do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Action Plans:

It is a good product to use as a starting point for your org. It is fairly narrow in its focus (all about tasks) and does not reschedule tasks, but if those are well understood and are not blockers, this is a great app. Great documentation on how to use it and install it. What problems is Action Plans solving and how is that benefiting you?

Service a customer better over a period of time, where things may get forgotten. It really helps with account management functions for sales reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
