What do you like best about Action EDI?

Action EDI gives us the reliability and scalability we need to support significant transaction volume with some of the largest resellers in the world. Their platform keeps critical documents moving around the clock, and their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. What do you dislike about Action EDI?

There really aren’t any significant downsides. If anything, we’d like to see continued expansion of the automation, reporting, and visibility tools within the platform. As our transaction volume and complexity continue to grow, anything that makes it easier to monitor activity, identify issues, and automate manual processes adds value. What problems is Action EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Action EDI automates the flow of critical business documents between us and our reseller partners, eliminating a significant amount of manual processing and reducing the opportunity for errors. It allows us to handle substantial transaction volume efficiently and reliably while giving us the scalability to continue growing without adding headcount at the same pace.
