What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

What I like most about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is having backup, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery unified in a single, intuitive console. The automated backup schedules are extremely reliable, and restoring endpoints or specific files is fast and seamless. It significantly reduces management overhead for daily IT operations. What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The web console can sometimes feel sluggish to navigate, particularly when I’m managing multiple tenants or generating more complex reports. The initial setup and the learning curve around advanced backup policies can also be a bit overwhelming for newer technicians until they get fully accustomed to the platform. What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It addresses the challenge of managing fragmented tools for endpoint security and data backups. By bringing backup routines, ransomware defence, and patch management together in a single platform, we’ve significantly reduced administrative overhead and put an end to recurring backup failures.
