What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The Acronis portal is easy to use and intuitive. The protection and backup plans are well-manageable, and the Disaster Recovery settings are good; moreover, the quick tests are quite useful.

The alerts we receive via email and the portal are valid for monitoring and help keep track of the environment. The integrations and addition of devices are quite extensive, and the performance with connected machines is light and fast.

Overall, the quota prices are affordable for what the solution delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

I don't like the reports that can be exported from Acronis because the information they provide is scarce and ends up being insufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have had issues with servers going down and needed to use Disaster Recovery to keep the environment available. Regarding data loss, it was possible to recover the environment from a backup.
