What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

What I like most about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is the centralization of backup and security management on a single platform. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage multiple clients and efficiently track device status, protection policies, and alerts.

Another standout feature is the reliability of the backups, the ease of data recovery, and the integration with Microsoft 365 environments. What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

One of the main areas for improvement is the complexity of some configurations and protection policies, which could be more intuitive. The management panel could also offer more flexible and customizable reports, especially for MSPs managing multiple clients.

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud primarily addresses challenges related to data protection, business continuity, and centralized backup management across multiple clients.

As an MSP, we use the platform to protect servers, workstations, and Microsoft 365 environments, reducing the risk of data loss and simplifying recovery processes in case of incidents.

The main benefit is operational efficiency, allowing us to automate backup routines, monitor different environments from a single panel, and act proactively in the face of failures.
