What do you like best about Acquirell?

Acquirell allows us to easily handle PO processing activities and run RFI, RFQ, and RFP events

We can keep our requisitions in a single system just by adding line items (requirements)

Easy to communicate within a team and with vendors regarding purchases

The communication is recorded

With Acquirell we moved almost all our procurement activities from Excel, Word, Email, etc.

What do you dislike about Acquirell?

Contract Management Module because we can't edit the text of a contract just like in MS Word

Accounts payable is out of scope

Supplier Management module is "just okay" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acquirell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly Acquirell let us reduce our time waste by around 30% by eliminating manual workflow

All the document management related to purchasing is centralized in one system now (before it was too messy to keep a lot of files in different places)

Now, since the communication is recorded, we could get rid of various "misunderstandings" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
