What I like most about Acquia DAM is having a centralized, searchable library for managing digital assets. In a communication department like Air Algérie’s, where teams work with large volumes of photographs, videos, campaign visuals, and brand materials, being able to organize and retrieve assets efficiently is extremely valuable. The metadata and search capabilities make it easier to find specific files without wasting time browsing through multiple folders or relying on colleagues to resend materials. It also helps maintain brand consistency by making approved assets more accessible and easier to share across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although Acquia DAM is useful for organizing and managing digital assets, the overall experience can feel complex when dealing with large libraries and multiple categories of content. Finding the right asset sometimes depends heavily on how consistently files are tagged and metadata is maintained. The interface could also be more intuitive for occasional users who simply need to access or download specific materials. Improving search relevance, simplifying navigation, and making common tasks more straightforward would make the platform even more efficient for communication and creative teams.
