What do you dislike about Acquia DAM (Widen)?

The initial setup and configuration can be quite complex, especially when planning out metadata schemas, category hierarchies, and user permission groups. There is definitely a learning curve for new team members who aren't used to enterprise DAM systems, so onboarding requires some dedicated training and governance rules to keep the library clean.
