What do you dislike about Acquia Customer Data Platform?

It is a bit of a hassle to incorporate to the CMS on our site, however the tool itself is nice and straightforward. Its a learning curve, but if the more customizations you have to start, the easier it is to implement. We went through hell to get it up, but its worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
