What do you like best about Aceverse?
I like the self-hosting with full data ownership. I like that the store, CRM, and AI agents work as one connected system, with the agents handling about 80% of our support on their own. The initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Aceverse?
Honestly, the upfront cost was challenging. Building a custom self-hosted system was more expensive at the start than going with a boxed SaaS product. A lighter starter package or a phased rollout would make it easier to get going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
