"Predictable Self-Hosted Voice AI, Worth the Technical Onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aceverse?

I value having full control over our own data and our clients’ data. The biggest thing for us is predictability in both cost and behavior. We run the stack on our own infrastructure, and the economics are flat and boring, exactly how we want them. I like the SIP bridge and LiveKit-based media stack; call quality and interruption handling are noticeably better than what we had on hosted platforms because the pipeline was tuned for our telephony setup. I found integration with our SIP trunking, internal CRM, and analytics pipeline straightforward, with no vendor-specific connectors required. I also value the self-hosted architecture with an actual engineering partner behind it. The Aceverse team handled deployment, SIP trunk configuration, and hardening, and the setup process was well-organized. Direct support from their engineers also compensated for gaps in the docs. What do you dislike about Aceverse?

I own the ops side, so I need someone comfortable with Docker and server monitoring. Aceverse isn’t a “sign up and go” SaaS, and I need to plan a technical onboarding phase. The docs could cover more edge cases, though direct support from Aceverse engineers compensated for it. Setup took about three weeks including integration testing, so it wasn’t instant like a SaaS signup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
