Since we were introduced to them from the Target Plus onboarding team, we've had a seamless experience since the beginning. There's an obvious reason why Target recommends them first on the list for integration. The software works, the onboarding is easy, the staff is helpful, and pricing is good, and on a month to month basis, rather than the long term contract deal which we always shy away from, because we don't want to be trapped. They can offer this because their product and service is solid. The orders sync, their support team is fixing things quickly.
