What do you like best about Ace Peak Investment?

There are a few things I like about ACE Peak Investment

1) It is super easy to send messages and notifications to all my global users as per their time zone. The UI is super clean, making navigating through the app easier.

2) It works with globally recognised telecom providers, making it super easy to contact any global directly using its user-friendly mobile app.

3) SIP trunking and cloud-based communication system features allow businesses to communicate effectively and reduce their expenses on communication software.

4) I love the call forwarding, voicemail, and call recording features. These provide me flexibility to tailor the communication system according to my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ace Peak Investment?

There are a few things I dislike about ACE Peak Investment

1) While the software is very helpful, it has a learning curve. Businesses need to spend money on training initially to get the employees familiar with the product. Hence, there is an initial investment along with a need for technical expertise.

2) Sometimes, I feel there is a lack of price transparency in some of the advanced features as they charge more for additional usage without an elaborate explanation of the charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ace Peak Investment solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved 2 major problems for me:

1) It helped me solve scalability issues. For a small business like mine, it is very difficult to grow business without proper communication with all the global and domestic users. Ace Peak Investment provided the correct platform tailored to my needs to solve this.

2) It also helped me to solve privacy and security concerns. Usually, my users don't like their personal information getting exposed to my team members as there is a risk of financial fraud.
