I liked that the instructions for media upload and review were extremely simple, straightforward, and easy to understand. We received our printed materials in a very timely manner and we were satisfied with the quality that we received. Since we do upwards of 10 tradeshows each year across the United States, we needed printed products that would hold up to multiple uses and withstand travel. Specifically, we ordered pop-up banners, a full metal frame banner that is 10' x 20' large, and a portable trade show booth counter where we could store collateral, sample materials, water bottles, snacks, and other personal effects in during the show on the exhibit hall floor. One of our printed products was so pixelated that it was impossible to use at trade shows, but I blame my management team since Ace Exhibits notified us that print quality was going to be poor and that we should review, but my management team dismissed it without further thought.
