There is no notification if someone gets flagged. Goes into full detail with all of the informationg that you are looking for and needing to be able to place people at our companies we have to offer. Being able to have all of that information at your hand at anytime being able to have acess to it and being able to share that information **What do you dislike about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?** Does take too long sometimes when running backgrounds. but most of the time you will get that back pretty quick it goes into detail for all of the information you are wanting and looking for. The delay in the process is not always good when companies are depending on that information. Wish you could see everyone that someone else ran instead of only being able to see what you have ran. have set up for my boss to get the information. Having to send over that information to each other is very hard when we take time off of work. not having the information back in enough time/timely mannor **Recommendations to others considering AccuSourceHR, Inc.:** Its very easy to use. its great to be able to see the information to be able to show your clients be being able to show the complete background so you know exactly where they have lived counties and states. All the requests have been accommodated by PeopleG2. **Recommendations to others considering AccuSourceHR, Inc.:** I would recommend esp if you weigh in value to cost. Flexibility in items for screening. Combination of Drug tests and background checks. Also, they collect all authorizations on their platform, so there is no need for a separate request for authorization. **What problems is AccuSourceHR, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Smooth background check. I get a resolution to any issues quickly without having to be transferred. The interface is easy to use. I am able to order reports quick. **What do you dislike about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?** I would be great if we could extend the donor pass longer if an employee is not able to complete the process, especially due to COVID-19. We have seen an increase in expired donor passes because employees have to make appointments past the deadline. When this happens, I have to call Customer Service and have them re-issue the pass and then I have to contact the employee. It would be great if I could have the ability to extend the pass in order to save time. Another suggestion would be for the Middle Name section (when ordering reports) to have a check box that identifies when it does not apply. Often times I have to go through the whole process and click submit, then I get an error message saying there is not information entered for the middle name, at that time the box appears and then I can click it and hit submit, it is sort of a pain and it would be great if the box could be available from the beginning. **Recommendations to others considering AccuSourceHR, Inc.:** Just the ability to be able to re-issue or extend donor passes without having to call customer service. It would be great to be able to do this from the website. **What problems is AccuSourceHR, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to teach criminal history for multiple states is very helpful and provides more accuracy when screening an employee. We have also seen a quick turn around in drug receiving drug screening results which gives us enough time to be able to address any issues. ### 50.
