What do you like best about Accurity Software Suite?

Accurity provided exactly the structure and usability we needed to turn metadata management into a practical, value-creating process. The interface is intuitive for both business and technical users, making collaboration easy from the very beginning. Its flexibility allowed us to scale gradually and align data governance with real business needs instead of just documentation.

Accurity has transformed how we manage and understand our data. We moved from disconnected Excel files to a unified, business-oriented metadata environment that supports compliance, AI readiness, and daily decision-making. It has strengthened ownership, improved data quality, and built trust across our organization — a real enabler of Estonia’s data-driven public sector vision. What do you dislike about Accurity Software Suite?

The platform is very feature-rich, which means the initial configuration requires some planning and coordination with Accurity’s team. What problems is Accurity Software Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accurity is solving the long-standing challenge of fragmented and inconsistent data management across departments. Before, our metadata lived in disconnected files with unclear ownership and limited business relevance. With Accurity, we now have a centralized, structured, and transparent view of all business terms, data sets, and relationships. This has improved collaboration, reduced duplication, and made our data governance processes auditable and compliant with national and EU standards.
