What do you like best about Accruent RedEye?

It works well for my purposes, I am able to search for drawings ("artefacts") via various methods, and usually find what I need within 5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accruent RedEye?

Occasionally I have issues with the quality of drawings, but this most likely isn't anything to do with RedEye - it is most likely the source of the drawing and lack of resolution quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accruent RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?

None that I know of. I use this for finding drawings (schematics, SLD's etc) for our worksite locations. I guess when I require information about a site it could be a problem leading me there - and using RedEye to find the schematic I need swiftly is assisting with solving that problem.
