What do you like best about Accruent RedEye?

I appreciate that Accruent RedEye is easy to use with good functionality for searching drawings and documents. Finding and uploading drawings with Accruent RedEye is simpler compared to other systems. I also find it valuable to have version history, which helps me check previous designs.
