What do you like best about Accruent Maintenance Connection?

I feel that navigating through MC has been an adjustment with the new changes that were recently made from when I was first introduced to it. I now find it easy to enter my information or search for a work order. The software itself is quick and easy to get through. I was helped to set up my account, but the process was simple. What do you dislike about Accruent Maintenance Connection?

On different occassions I have run into the issue of when submitting my monthly supply PM's, that after saving the information, I would have to reload the page to search for a new work order number. Before, I would save the information, then proceed to insert another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accruent Maintenance Connection solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me receive my work orders that show a target date along with the person of contact to get a hold of if needed. I like that I'm able to update the person along with what my plan of action is before closing out the work order just to give them an update with notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
