From the initial reporting of the issue to assigning it to the correct person, to getting it done and finished on the system, everything is very straight forward and I wouldn't imagine running our business smoothly without it. **What do you dislike about Accruent Maintenance Connection?** The only moment I'm not the biggest fan of Maintenance Connection is when the system is down for updates (which is crucial and very useful) or issue fixing, as it's hard to get the full use out of it. However the system goes back up very quickly and we can start using it again very soon after. **What problems is Accruent Maintenance Connection solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maintenance Connection helps us fix all sorts of issues around our building, from electrical issues to general maintenance. It has improved our work efficiency and allowed us to communicate and solve any problems quicker than ever before. ### 2. I now find it easy to enter my information or search for a work order. The software itself is quick and easy to get through. I was helped to set up my account, but the process was simple. **What do you dislike about Accruent Maintenance Connection?** On different occassions I have run into the issue of when submitting my monthly supply PM's, that after saving the information, I would have to reload the page to search for a new work order number. Before, I would save the information, then proceed to insert another. **What problems is Accruent Maintenance Connection solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me receive my work orders that show a target date along with the person of contact to get a hold of if needed. I like that I'm able to update the person along with what my plan of action is before closing out the work order just to give them an update with notice. ### 3. I'd like to customize things like Reason, Details, and Status on what's displayed on the screen, and also have the ability to remove certain items from the Complete/Close Work order, Status Dates. We really only need Requested, Issued, and Closed statuses. **What problems is Accruent Maintenance Connection solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Accruent Maintenance Connection easier to use than our previous program, with its cloud-based system being easier to maintain. Simple reports aren't available due to how they have things setup. A good CMMS should have easy report creation, able to format columns as one would like, organize tables that helps them make business decisions, and the list goes on. There just isn't a relaxed feel when using this software. I don't recommend it. **What problems is Accruent Maintenance Connection solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't seen MC fix any of the problems I'd mentioned from the beginning. It's still a very hard software to use and simple tasks are out of reach and this is frustrating. ### 9.
