Not impossible, but takes adjustment of settings and is not easy to figure out. **What problems is Accredible solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were printing and mailing certificates all around the world. Shipping was expensive for a simple document and in some cases in third world countries they were not even being delivered. An instant e-certificate that is verifiable has solved this problem as well as removes instance of fraud, as people cannot just copy someone else's and put their name on it. It also notifies the recipient when their certificate is expiring with boosts renewal retention--a benefit that I wasn't considering or expecting upon purchase. ### 6. Installation was super easy and we could not go back to anything else at this point. The portal for viewing and working with the issued credentials is user friendly and easy to navigate. Pros- Easy installation Simplified Certificate Management Blockchain Capability Exporting of Reports and Credentials Ability to expire certificates Create great-looking and professional certificates and badges quickly **What do you dislike about Accredible?** Inability to build export naming convention when running exports on a selection of credentials. At times, we pull a group of credentials and export to a PDF file but they are emails with unique IDs and the name of the person who received it. When exporting a large list, you cannot view the type of credential issued unless you open it in a PDF reader. **What problems is Accredible solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moodle by default does not have a certificate issuing function unless you go with Moodle Workplace which has added cost. The analytic's dashboard really shows how many people are clicking on the credentials and through to our website. Something I would be remiss for not adding is the customer support through the whole process- from launching the platform to following through with where we are and where we want to be is one of the best I've worked with! **What do you dislike about Accredible?** Although we haven't used Accredible for too long, we haven't had any dislikes! The developers are always eager to implement an ask. **Recommendations to others considering Accredible:** Accredible is not only a great piece of customizable software, the people who work there are the the best in their field. Once you have your certificate set up, maintaining it is so simple and easy. I love how users can easily add certifications to their LinkedIn profiles. That has been a big selling point for us. Managing credentials is also very straightforward on the platform. I can easily add users, remove them and resend the credentials if needed. Once everything is set up, maintenance with this tool is easy. **What do you dislike about Accredible?** Some of the processes on Accredible are overcomplicated. Some information is really hidden. When I was setting up the certificate and badge, I had a few issues. Issues with connecting the right badge to the certificate. Badges don't export easily so I had to recreate a badge on my own so I could use it for my site. The support articles are not as updated as I'd like them to be. **Recommendations to others considering Accredible:** Accredible is the best option for the price sensitive consumer. It's a great way to give your students proof of the hard work they've done. It validates their work and gives proof to potential students of what they'll walk away with. **What problems is Accredible solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a place to create and manage our certifications. Accredible was recommended by Thinkific and is the cheapest solution among its competitors. We've loved seeing our students add their certifications to their LinkedIn and even print out their certificate for their desk.
