What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

I like AIQ's approach to dimensional accounting. After setting up the codes for each dimension (Cost Centre, Project etc), you create Analysis Codes for each valid combination of dimension codes.

Transactions are coded to these Analysis Codes ("BI Codes", using AIQ's terminology) rather than each Dimension individually, which saves time and removes the ability to book transactions to invalid combinations of codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?

One cannot unpost an entry, so miscoded invoices (or those that require splitting) cannot be redone after the event: one has to post a journal. Not a biggie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AccountsIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Approval of purchase invoices, and providing detailed management information by Cost Centre and by Project are a joy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
