Has saved a lot of processing time and I really like the bulk email options for statements etc, this is much better than the previous software we used which locked up your accounts screen for other tasks. **What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?** I think the only frustration I've found is that the AP inbox doesn't seem to remember some invoices even though they're entered on a monthly basis, I know this is probably more to do with the layout of invoices and the OCR reader capabilities but it's frustrating that quite a lot of invoices need adjustment and don't end up saving much time. Also I'm unsure why it doesn't appear to remember default nominal codes **What problems is AccountsIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Processing time and manual processing, it's much quicker than our previous software. More intuitive and the quality of reporting that goes out to our customers is great ### 2. It's not just a 'nice-to-have' add-on, but the core design of the platform, and it eliminates the single biggest pain point of running a global business by handling every step of consolidation automatically with a single click. I also appreciate AccountsIQ’s flexible, multi-dimensional global general ledger structure. It allows for both global financial standardization and regional customization, which is a huge improvement over the rigid and overcomplicated systems in other tools. Furthermore, the initial setup of AccountsIQ was surprisingly straightforward for a global multi-entity accounting platform. **What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?** I don't like that AccountsIQ has limited bulk AR actions. We can't bulk update payment terms, send reminder emails, or write off small bad debts for multiple customers/entities at once. Every action requires editing individual invoices/accounts, which adds over 5 hours of weekly admin work for our US E-commerce entity with hundreds of small AR accounts. **What problems is AccountsIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** AccountsIQ automates our multi-entity consolidation, resolving our biggest pain point, and cuts our finance team's time on this by 90%. Agata and Chloe demonstrated exceptional knowledge and guided us seamlessly through each stage of the process. Any challenges we encountered were addressed swiftly and efficiently. The training academy is incredibly useful, offering clear and comprehensive guides for each module of the software. The system itself is intuitively designed and easy to navigate. Regular feature updates are a great addition, and having visibility into the product roadmap is a fantastic touch. Support has also been excellent—responses are prompt, and the team is consistently helpful and proactive. **What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?** Up to now, we haven't found much to dislike. Easy to navigate menus. Intuitive for non-finance staff users. **What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?** Some basic, expected functions are missing, and have to ask support to sort - e.g. ability to delete received POs in error, business users not able to input expense claims directly into AIQ (not all users have company mobile and therefore are able to use AIQ App). For us, it’s been the middle ground we were looking for. It isn’t overwhelming like NetSuite, and we really enjoy the automation and the multi-entity options. **What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?** Sometimes the automations aren't entirely automated and we end up being more hands on with the automation then we anticipated. Implementation is smooth with great onboarding support, and the customer service team is responsive and helpful.
