"Versatile accounting software"

What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

The implementation was fantastic, we were up and running quickly and had adequate training through this. The reporting is good and being able to download into excel is useful. The API is what attracted us particularly to AccountsIQ and our inhouse development team have been able to work on the integration with our sales software, the support from AIQ has been great. All the support staff are knowledgeable and helpful and you always get a fast response which is great. The Academy is also really useful to learn more about the system. What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?

The Fixed Asset register isn't that easy to use, all assets have to be separately entered (though you can link purchase invoices to entries in the register) and if you make an input error you have to contact the helpdesk as not all fields can be edited by users. There are also no recurring journals which would be a really useful feature we have missed from our previous software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AccountsIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we were using Quickbooks which we had outgrown, our company has been expanding rapidly and with AIQ we know we have a system that we can use for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
