What do you like best about Access PeopleXD?

What I like best about Access PeopleXD is how it brings together core HR functions into one streamlined platform. It simplifies processes like recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, and makes employee data easy to access and manage. What do you dislike about Access PeopleXD?

While Access PeopleXD is powerful, some areas feel unintuitive and require a steep learning curve, especially for new users. Navigation between modules could be more streamlined, and certain tasks involve more steps than necessary. I use Access PeopleXD primarily for HR management tasks, including employee records, absence tracking, onboarding, and performance reviews. It also supports payroll processing, reporting, and generating key workforce data to inform decision-making.
