What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

Having a single portal for all HR, including appraisals, applying for leave etc is a great idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

The user experience is just awful, and have ended up emailing docs as system often just hangs. The navigation is confusing - frequent tasks are not signposted, and you end up clicking a lot of times before you find what you need. Chat support is slow / non-existent in my recent experience. What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Am sure HR have found some benefits, but as a manager / user, it creates problems rather than solves them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
