What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

As a team leader, having access to the planner is a major function for me. It lets me plan the weekly rota effectively around annual leave and appointments. It also helps me manage the impact of other departments on us, especially if they’re short-staffed. I am unsure of the amount we pay, so I find this question hard, but the facilities we have access to and what it does for the company is massive and so I am sure it is worth the money! What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

There isn’t much I dislike, although it can sometimes be a little slow. I also wish that when selecting 1-2-1 notes, for example, it would keep your previous choice selected. That way, instead of defaulting to 1-2-1 2025 (which I haven’t clicked on since 2025), it would automatically choose 2026. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think having an overall system for keeping track of staff is really beneficial. As a team leader, I need to know who is in the office, who is sick, and who may need time off for a doctor’s appointment so I can make sure I have coverage for the telephones and other tasks. Without this, I’d be completely lost and would likely lose track of the actual time team members worked, which is a massive no-no. I also like the e-sign function for documents in People HR, which is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
