Inputting of invoices is extremely easy, as is payments and the allocation of payments. Switching between the purchase ledger, sales ledger and nominal is extremely easy too. Being able to set nominal codes for certain suppliers so that you don't have to keep inputting each time when processing invoices saves a lot of time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Access Financials? When printing it is awkward to set the correct printer, and once you have input a credit note if you wish to reprint using the miscellaneous accounts we have for one time customers it will only be able to show the address input on the last invoice/credit note, so this will not be correct for a previous customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Access Financials: It makes the whole accounts process much easier and faster, I would definitely recommend it. Working through the system is extremely easy, switching between sides of the accounts software is simple and fast, have not encountered any bugs while using it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
