What do you like best about Access Charity CRM?

Among the best charity softwares, this is a fairly new platform. I personally like the design of the platform and allocation of different functions, search option. I find it quite user friendly and innovative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access Charity CRM?

I have never actually used the support team or the donor data function and I'm not too sure how it works. I'm also not too sure what are the GDPR policy of the platform as it seems a little bit unclear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Access Charity CRM:

As I said, I love this platform's design and functions - it's very user friendly and even if you never worked on a similar platform you should be able to get your head around pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Access Charity CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an issue fundraising among the Birmingham area and it was useful to look for connections and cooperation among other companies through this platform. The biggest benefit is that we managed to fundraise more over a fairly short period of 3m. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
