There are dedicated teams focused on technical issues, product features, support and overall account management. Each segment is specialized in what they do, leading to a better user experience should an issue arise. Pricing is competitive and the integration teams are knowledgeable in working with engineering. Updates and suggestion are welcomed by their teams and user functionality is regularly enhanced to perform better. The options are nearly endless, which can be overwhelming at first if switching from a tool that did not allow for such specific customization.
