What do you like best about Accelevents?

I find Accelevents easy to use, and it makes registration very easy for our senior donors. We can use a QR code or a direct link, and I can send an email invitation with the event details a week beforehand. I like being able to customize the site with photos from our event or ones that represent our organization. The flexibility is valuable: we can run multiple workshops at once, download a list of registrants, and track how people heard about an event, customized for the marketing we use. We can also use it for virtual webinars, and it helps us keep track of registrations and promote our workshops. When I have a question or get stuck, there’s usually a live person there within a couple of seconds. They answer my questions and walk me through what to do. Support has also been able to fix an issue on the site and show me how to fix it next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Whitney Harriss of Accelevents

BJ, thank you so much for this! We’ve loved supporting your workshops over the past couple of years, and it’s really meaningful to know the registration process works so well for your donors. Making it simple for people in their 70s and 80s to sign up with a QR code or a quick link is exactly the kind of thing we want to get right.

It’s also great to hear how you’re using everything, from running multiple workshops at once to tracking how people heard about each one. And we love that you’re adding your own photos to make each site feel like your organization.

Thank you for the kind words about our support team, too. We’re always just a message away!
