I use Accelevents to plan and execute our annual trade show. It lets me communicate, create and maintain a registration site, pull analytics, set up gamification, send out emails/app push notifications, manage lead capture, travel logistics, and more. I find the communication and email group caps too low; I repeatedly had to reach out to the Support team to increase the cap before, during, and after the show.
