"Versatile Document Management Product"

What do you like best about Acadia Performance Platform?

I like the versatility of this product. While it can be used to simply store documents and procedures, it also comes with a built-in Tasks list that can be assigned to others. It also generates QR codes for each cloud-based document. That helps cut down on printing costs since you can publish a QR that links to a document. The QR code will never need to be updated even though a document or procedure is changed.

Acadia also has a top-notch customer service team that is always ready to provide assistance and suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acadia Performance Platform?

Acadia allows documents to be assigned, but it is unable to force the order of the assignments. If there is a certain order that documents need to be reviewed, it is unable to do that without a workaround. Acadia has told me that the enhancement to resolve my issue is on their list. What problems is Acadia Performance Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to assign Onboarding Checklist based on roles. We assign the checklists to both the new hire and hiring manager. This empowers the new hire while holding the hiring manager accountable.
