What do you like best about Academy of Mine?

I am an instructional designer working with a client to launch several safety courses on AOM. What we like best about them is how responsive they are to our questions, and how flexible they have been regarding our unique use case. We also like the custom URL option and branding customization that we can bring to the site. Subscription fees are reasonable for non-profit organizations. SCORM content runs well on this platform. What do you dislike about Academy of Mine?

Some of the back-end structures are a bit "old school," such as the custom page builder. However, it's essential to have a custom page builder and once you get accustomed to the AOM page-building interface, it is fine. The quiz engine is also rather rudimentary. What problems is Academy of Mine solving and how is that benefiting you?

My client has a very unique use case with a national certification hybrid-model course. The certification has online and classroom components. Because it's a certification, it's also very rigorous and we need to have certain controls built-in. The AOM staff has been great in getting needed customizations accomplished. The customization fees are reasonable. As we've begun to build and deploy this complex certification course, they've been listening to us as we determine some additional tweaks that need to happen to support the curriculum.
