"Superb Education ERP Suites Software for Management of Students and the Admission Procedure"

What do you like best about Academia ERP by Serosoft?

Recently, I contracted Academia ERP by Serosoft to deploy the Education ERP Suites software that targets the student management system and the admission process at our institution, which has been a marvelous experience!

I would like to thank the representatives of the company for their concern regarding our expectations and the way the software was tailored. Everything regarding the software was easy to adopt and their customer service has been wonderful and available. The system has made our admission process more efficient, minimized the manual mistakes in making admission decisions and improved our student management system in general. What do you dislike about Academia ERP by Serosoft?

The software has proven to be strong, however, I have occasionally encountered bugs and slow loading times. The customer support doesn't seem unresponsive, however, they do take longer than necessary to fix something. Something else is the reporting features which could be more thorough and customizable. In spite of these shortcomings, the software has mostly enhanced our capabilities of student management and admission processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Academia ERP by Serosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe that the Education ERP Suites software has entered the picture and taken over manual operations, reduced errors, and improved the speed of operations. It has helped us organize the admission structure where we could handle and keep track of applications, contact relevant parties, and reach a decision. The software has helped to expand our student management functions as we could manage student records, record attendance, and assess performance.
