The settings are easily configured to our requirements. It helps us provide different activities throughout the business, whether that be quizes, resources, courses etc. Our CSM, Sharon provides excellent support for us, and is always more than happy to help out with any queries. If she's unsure on an answer, she'll take some to reserach and get back to us in good time on a workaround or solution. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** We don't have the Absorb Analyse package, and I find the reporting very limited without this. Some of the things we would like are included in the higher packages, but I'd consider them to be basic reporting functionalities. We find that sometimes Create has settings to configue (e.g. relating to a quiz/assessment) but the admin side also has the same settings. It's not clear to us which settings override the other, or if we've misunderstood. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The LMS helps us put together e-learns in Create (both compliance and non-compliance related). There are some things you have to learn (like how to show and use the grid to line things up, how you can organize pages into sections, etc) but experience with any power point software is enough background to let you learn how to use the course builder. It's also easy to edit and collaborate with others who create courses, so if we have different skill sets or product areas, we can make courses in our niche and review one another's content before it goes public. The learners also have an easy time with setting up their profiles and getting to learning. They have course guides and can see the progress they've made, which is super handy when you are new to a company and want to make sure you've successfully completed everything. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** One thing I often wish is that besides just the 'snap to grid' option if it also helped you line up an object with other objects on a page. For example, if I'm working from a blank side and want to make four boxes in a row, it would be helpful if a line or indicator appeared when the box that I'm moving is centered with the first box. This is something I miss from using Google Slides. Another thing that would be nice is when an existing course is edited, Absorb could highlight the edited pages in the menu so someone who is reviewing the course before publication knows which slides they need to check and which ones have stayed the same. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure every new person on the team has a robust introduction to our product and the large number of features they will be supporting. The consistency helps make sure there aren't gaps in knowledge and the fact that we can scale up as we expand. Everyone was on hand to answer all of our questions and help us to make sure we get the most out of the system. Our integration went smoothly and setting up the system was easy and enjoyable. The 'Translations' function that allows you to change spelling and words used is incredibly helpful. It meant we could really customise the platform with language our employees are used to. This increases the user experience dramatically. The AI course creation tool is a real market leader - it is a great way to get a baseline course done in seconds and easy to tweak, customise and make interactive. It's very clear and easy to show which courses are mandatory - this is something I struggled with in our previous LMS so was really happy with how this works in Absorb (we have a banner on the learner experience that shows mandatory courses and their completion status for all employees). Overall very happy with the system, implementation and sales. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** I think there are improvements that could be made to the manager experience - it would be great to have downloadable reporting built in and the option for me as an admin to create reports the managers can then login and run. The LMS is reliable - I rarely need to contact Customer Support and they are generally very responsive when I do submit tickets. Having a dedicated Client Success Manager is really helpful and our CSM, Olga, is very responsive and explains things clearly. The ability to integrate with our member database and use plugins such as the connection to Zoom has been very useful for our organization. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** I find the LMS is not very intuitive to use and the online help articles are not very helpful, so I do often need to go to our CSM with questions about "how do we do this?"
