"Absorb Makes Mobile Frontline Training and Automated Compliance Easy"

5/5

What do you like best about Absorb LMS?

Absorb holds up for a workforce that is not sitting at a desk. Most of our people are frontline, spread across the country, and getting to training on a phone between shifts. Absorb handles that without us having to build workarounds. The admin side is the other piece. Enrollment rules and automations mean we are not hand-assigning courses every time someone is hired or promoted, and the reporting gets us what we need for compliance without exporting everything into a spreadsheet first. The client success support has been a real differentiator too. Our CSM knows our business and flags things before we ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?

If I could change one thing, it would be a simplified administrative experience. The power is there, but common tasks take more clicks than they should and the menus take a while to learn. Once an admin is fluent it moves quickly, so it's really a matter of the front end of that curve being steeper than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Absorb solves the problem of delivering consistent training to a workforce that is spread across the country and mostly not sitting at a desk. Before, training quality depended heavily on which market you worked in and who your manager was. Now every employee gets the same content on day one regardless of location, and they can get to it from a phone between shifts.

The second problem it solves is proof. We need to be able to show that required training actually happened, by person and by date, and pull that quickly when someone asks. Absorb gives us that without a manual reconciliation effort.

The practical benefit is time. Automated enrollment means new hires and newly promoted leaders get assigned what they need without anyone hand-building rosters, which frees my team to work on program design instead of administration. It also gives us visibility we didn't have before. We can see where completion is lagging and go have a conversation with that region rather than guessing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
