What do you like best about Absorb LMS?

I like the integration with our HRIS platform and the seamless enrollments into all our training. I especially appreciate the support we get from our client success manager, Stephanie, who ensures we are aware of any new releases and helps us with troubleshooting to maximize efficiency. The automation of mandatory training for new hires is a big plus. The reporting is easy, and the site is intuitive. It's very easy to use, and the support we receive from both our client success manager and the support team is commendable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?

When we update departments in our HRIS, it does not automatically update the filters in the courses, so it will have to be a manual process. When the HRIS is updated, it should automatically update any of the fields that are dependent on the efficiency and effectiveness of the LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Absorb LMS automates mandatory training for new hires and has intuitive reporting. The HRIS integration cuts administrative work, and the support from our client success manager enhances our efficiency and updates us on valuable new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
