A negative aspect would be lack of management on the server side as this is a cloud-based solution that lives in Absolute's environment. Support is fairly responsive though when changes are required, especially during the on-boarding phase. Many policies may have to be built out depending on your org's needs. The bi-directional aspect of the technology eliminates so many problems associated with managing workstations. It pays for itself within the first few months! It very rarely has issues, but the only real one is disconnects in situations where there is a constant connection to devices that go in-and-out of cellular service areas. We run towboats and cell service can be great near ports, but awful on open river. A reboot fixes this 99% of the time, seriously. It's just a minor complaint.
