What do you like best about Absolute Secure Access?

I really appreciate the seamless, always-on connection in Absolute Secure Access. It keeps our remote engineers connected to internal systems without having to manually start the VPN, reducing my connectivity tickets. I find the easy-to-use web console extremely helpful; it allows me to check if a user's tunnel is active and which network they are on, letting me resolve connection problems myself without involving the network team. The seamless roaming is a standout feature as well, maintaining session continuity when our engineers switch networks, so they don't have to reach out to reconnect. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly easy, greatly aided by the vendor's support team, and the service has been very stable since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Absolute Secure Access?

The main issue for me is the small user community, which makes it tough to find forum discussions or research unusual error codes. This often leaves me with no choice but to send a ticket to the vendor. While their responses are thorough, the waiting time can delay resolving a case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
